Your Japan Adventure Could Start Here

Your Japan Adventure Could Start Here: Let's Meet

Coming to Japan on a working holiday is a chance to explore a new country, meet people from different backgrounds and experience everyday life somewhere unfamiliar.

But your time here can also be an opportunity to contribute to something.

At Radish Ride, we are creating a different way for visitors to explore the Miura Peninsula — and we are looking for people who want to help us make it special.

What we hope you will bring

You do not have to be an expert in tourism.

Perhaps you enjoy meeting people. Perhaps you have experience in hospitality, photography or social media. Perhaps you simply love the outdoors and want to share your enthusiasm for Japan.

We are interested in people who are curious, dependable, friendly and ready to get involved.

What you could be part of

You could help international guests discover a side of Japan beyond the major tourist destinations.

You could learn how a small tourism business operates.

You could bring your own ideas and experience to a team that is continually working to improve the guest experience.

And you could meet travellers from around the world while working in a beautiful coastal region.

A few important things before you contact us

Please make sure you:

• Have the appropriate legal status to undertake the work.
• Meet the driving-licence requirements for any driving duties.
• Can arrange your own accommodation and commute to Miura.
• Understand that this is a hands-on tourism role, with responsibilities depending on operational needs.

We are happy to discuss your background, interests and suitability for the opportunity.

Tell us your story

When you reach out, let us know a little about yourself.

Where are you from? When will you be in Japan? What kind of work experience do you have? What interests you about Radish Ride?

If you have a driving licence, please tell us what type you hold and where it was issued. We can then discuss the applicable requirements.

You do not need to write a perfect application. We would simply like to understand who you are and what you are looking for.

You drive. We guide. Together, let's help people discover the real Japan.

If this sounds like the kind of experience you are looking for, send us a message through Wantedly.

We look forward to hearing from you.
