Japan has so much more to offer beyond its famous cities and tourist attractions.

We started Radish Ride because we wanted more people to discover the authentic countryside of Japan.

Miura is just about one hour from Tokyo, yet it offers a completely different atmosphere: open fields, quiet roads, beautiful coastlines and a slower pace of life.

We wanted to create a way for visitors to explore these places in a fun and memorable way.

A Different Kind of Tour

Radish Ride offers guided self-drive tours.

Guests drive their own compact open-top electric vehicles while following a guide through the Miura Peninsula.

You drive. We guide.

It's a simple idea, but it creates a unique experience — giving visitors the freedom to enjoy the journey while exploring places they might not reach by public transport.

We're Building More Than a Tour Business

We want Radish Ride to become a business that brings energy to the local community.

We want visitors to discover Miura, local people to feel proud of their area, and our team to enjoy being part of something meaningful.

To make that happen, we need people who want to build with us.

As our business grows, weekday operations are becoming increasingly important. We are looking for people who can work regularly during weekdays, take responsibility and help us improve the business.

We're not simply looking for people to fill weekend shifts. We want to welcome people who are interested in becoming an important part of our growing team.

For those who want to develop with the business, there may be opportunities for a longer-term or full-time role in the future. This is not guaranteed and will depend on business needs, performance, mutual agreement and appropriate work eligibility in Japan.
