新しく発足しましたギブリー技術チーム“GiT”では、１週間に１回、２～３時間費やして、アイデアソンを開催しています。
２～３チームに分かれて、テーマの制限はなく自由に色々な感性からアイデアを構築していきます。

今後は、GiTチーム内でのハッカソン開催も予定しており、よりクリエイティブに富んだチームを構築していきます！

At Git, we organize brainstorming sessions to invent new products and services.
The entire team participates in a 2-3 hour long session where we pitch new ideas (any idea is welcome), and then
split up into groups of 2 -3 people to discuss the ideas in more detail.
We all have a lot of fun doing this as it encourages each person to be more open and creative.
