Responsibilities • Update and maintain all sales reports and related marketing materials as well as communicate to the management and to the merchants • Update and maintain all sales and post-sales related documentation. This may include sales deck, merchant onboarding documentation, merchant agreements, etc. • Work closely with the sales to facilitate the sales process • Prepare preview / mock-up for merchant approval before launch including wordings, system settings, proof-reading. • Assist pipeline management to ensure no delay on launching schedule • Respond to customer inquiries and CS related issues Requirements • Superbly attentive to details and able tability to multitask • Excellent in Chinese and written English • Quick learner who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced collaborative environment • Good data processing, problem-solving & computer skills • Knowledge of Photoshop is definitely an advantage 👉Click ”I’m interested” to apply! Responsibilities  • Account Servicing • Pitch media to enhance media exposure for our clients • Assist manager in preparing all PR and Marketing materials and content creation, including press material write ups, social media copywriting, content editing, proofreading, optimizing post-performance. • Build and maintain a good relationship with media (both online and offline), KOLs and Artist Management. • Propose and implement marketing and PR campaigns, including brand promotion, product launches, media luncheons, social media management, social media campaign, kol campaigns, product promotion, advertising activities, etc. • Repurposing content for different mediums including social media and video • Creation of a content marketing calendar to ensure regular content on the website/social media • Co-ordinate with external and internal parties to ensure the smooth execution of digital marketing and PR functions Requirements • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or other related disciplines • Excellent command of both written and spoken English & Chinese • Proficiency in MS Office • Proactive, self-initiated, good interpersonal skills, and flexible to work • Excellent project management skills and enthusiastic multi-tasker with a can-do attitude and passion for PR industry 👉Click ”I’m interested” to apply!
