Getting out with your baby requires a lot of things to be carried around, and sometimes you have to carry the baby in your arms, thus moving around becomes almost impossible! And, in this kind of situation, looking around for nursing rooms becomes mentally and physically exhausting.

I have a 1 year and 10 months old daughter, and once my daughter was born, I realized how many inconveniences there are when it comes to raising up your baby.

Looking around me and from what I heard from other people, I thought I knew the overall problems, but it was actually much more difficult than I thought when I went out with my baby. ( It still difficult even now, but in a different way)

Basically, you must breastfeed your baby every three hours and change his diaper whenever he needs it.

So, in these moments, if you don’t have access to a nursing and changing diapers facility, you really panic!

However, even if you find out where the facility is, usually they are located on the second level or above, and if you’re using a stroller,

you have to use the elevator, which is usually crowded so you have to wait ！

So that’s why it has become impossible to go out with my baby in the places where there is no nursing facility, and obviously there were many places I wanted to go…

There is not only the stress caused by not finding a nursing facility, but I have actually become afraid of going out with my baby.

As it is sometimes the case that I have to go out with my baby in places where I have not been before, I usually search in advance about the availability of nursing rooms in the area ( a very thorough examination!).

So, I have to allow a greater time leeway, apart from the one of changing trains, nursing time and other emergency situations, as I know I will have to wait.

This is how I have lived so far…But I am sure I am not the only one as other mothers have the same experience!
