Dissertation Report: Talent Retention of Millennials
Dissertation MBA project to target the relationship between today’s big turnover of talent within companies worldwide, and the group which represent the biggest percentage of the workforce today: Millennials. This group, also known as the “Generation Y”, is the group of people born between 1980 and 2000, and which is now within the range of 16-34 years old, which has been over the time about 32-44% of the total civilian population (Mislinski, 2018). Through the project, a deep analysis is being carried out to understand the behavior, characteristics and mentality of this group of people which is complicating the retaining of talent within the companies, and looks for, through a survey and analysis of the results, a trend and key reasons why this generation is changing jobs so often and what can be done to make the best talent stay.
