My Masters thesis is developing a silk microneedle vaccine delivery system for in-water vaccine application for fin-fish aquaculture. In this role, I am investigating the effect of different fabrication technologies (lyophilization, plasma treatment, water annealing) and natural polymer blends on the formation of crystalline structures and its mechanical properties.
