A brief introduction to the Sierra Leone Health Declaration form
The Sierra Leone Health Declaration is a statement by the government in Sierra Leone that lists all known diseases that the nation currently has. It is also supposed to list the diseases that will be introduced in the coming years. This is a voluntary declaration that was made by the government and is largely aimed at coordinating national action towards preventing and fighting the spread of diseases. Anybody who wishes to help in the fight against these dreaded diseases can go to the nearest office that has been designated as the country's medical coordinating body.
