Hi I was in the Banking line, mostly in Operations since 1996. I have has experiences in Credit Card debt collections, Credit Card Fraud investigations and authorization, housing loans and electronic banking (my longest serving dept), mainly dealing with internal and external customers as well as managing Vendors.
I want to embark on another challenge. Although my age could be a factor for employment; I feel that I can take up the challenge and learn a new trade and still excel in it. I am keen to return to Customer Service...Telemarketing, Contact Centre because I am very passionate about Customer Service.
We were taught on the different theories in Counselling and how to apply them to better manage the clients psychological issues.
