I need to learn statistics because my research need to analyze data. Our department didn't set a series of class of how to use SPSS or other statistic software so I had to learn by myself via videos. The learning process is not easy but I gain a lot and find something different when I read papers again. During the process, I also found that I an interested in analyzing data and interpreting phenomenon though data. Although I still need to improve my skill, I can teach the first year graduate students about how to run these software now.
