The number of data scientist is so small that many companies want those kind of staffs although data science is getting bigger roll in Japan. When taking data science into business, client faces 2 issues, they have to seek good data scientist and understand what they are doing, their value.

We work with client as a specialist to advise them and also train them. On the other hand, we'll grow those want to be data scientist to provide companies for building their data science team! Speaking Japanese is preferred, but not necessary.

We have a lot of consulting projects for our clients who need "data science" power to solve their business issues. Our approach is starting from clarifying business problems to developing predictive models, dashboards and so on. It is real hands-on approach!
