We are looking for Chief Technology Officer 1. PHP and Python expertise 2. Experience integrating and pipelining API-based services with controlled workflow. a. Building APIs in Node+Express for AMQP, SOAP, REST depending on user requirements. 3. Able to work with Async processes through the use of scheduling and redis. 4. Experience building bots (preferably in multiple platforms such as Facebook, web chat, voice Assistant like Alexa and Home) 5. Worked in or very familiar with BPM applications, or robotic process automation (RPA). Knowledge of contact center technologies and contact center automation is a bonus. 6. Able to lead architecture and code, and also engage in customer conversations for scoping and delivery. 7. Deployment and configuration through AWS/heroku 8.
