What are we looking for: We are seeking talented, enthusiastic, customer facing Digital Consultants to join our team in building a social commerce platform. If you are a smart self-starter who wants to be part of a dynamic international team, understand the role of ecommerce and merchants’ needs, then we want you! What you’ll be working on: • Gather and analyze customer requirements of MSMEs • Provide best practices to achieve customer requirements • Technical documentation of solution for client and internal teams • Support growth team in delivering documented solution • Manage multiple client relationships and partnerships • Provide guidance and advice to clients on how best to maximise value from AVANA • Deliver training to business and technical users • Assist in pre-sales activities What you should have on you: • University degree in Business Computer Science, Digital or similar • 2+ years of Digital / Technical Consulting experience • Client-facing, presentation and relationship building skills • Excellent English and Bahasa Melayu written and verbal communication skills (Mandarin is a bonus!) • Eager to learn new skills to enhance capability. • eCommerce experience is a bonus, e.g. search, merchant acquisition, ecommerce training etc Click "Want to Visit" to apply, and tell us why you're passionate about eCommerce! :)
