[ The Role ]
This is a blend of TAM (technical account manager) and Product manager to act as the bridge between our products, engineering and business. We are looking for someone passionate about media / ad tech who can lead the technical interactions and requirements management with media customers in Japan/Asia. Knowledge of analytics, diverse data sources, and enterprise SaaS operations will be required as well as possessing fundamental communication skills to manage customers expectations. Typically, the position is suited for enterprise account managers, product managers or sales engineers eager to work directly with the customer in the area of business analysis and data management.
[ Who you are (Qualifications/Experience)]
・Data tech savvy: you are the problem-solving kind that doesn’t shy away from using available resources or technologies to get things done. Customers will be asking us to solve data-related problems that could impact largely their sales or costs.
・Experienced: 5+ years experience in a technical sales or technical support role, or as an integration/sales engineer working closely with project / product managers.
・Enjoys communicating: ability to listen to customer needs in detail, discuss these needs internally, and actively present proposals to technical audiences.
・Goal Driven: A proven track record delivering on time and hitting goals.
Tech skills: Understanding of APIs, SQL and basic testing technologies (In-browser debugging, Postman, LambdaTest, etc.)
・Extras: Experience in data analysis, online video or ad tech space preferred. A B.Sc. in Computer Science or a relevant experience is strongly preferred.
