The Digital Training & Change Manager is responsible for designing and implementing an overall learning and training strategy for Integrated Customer Engagement (ICE) as well as executing the SEASK Change Management Program for the Human Pharma (HP) organization in South East Asia and South Korea (SEASK).
Here is a glimpse of the job scope:
• Digital ICE training, planning, & execution
• Serves as L&D internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) on ICE and its implications for HP business across the portfolio.
• Design and Propose a SEASK Change Management Program by reviewing various programs to lead everyone in the organization on the journey of Digital Transformation
• Supports the development of essential knowledge and skills of SEASK Region and Country HP Commercial and Medical teams/agencies
• Comply with local regulations, industry and company Code of Conduct
Requirements:
1. Minimum 5 years Digital Change Management experience to transform company culture/way of working into digital.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in training implementation and management with hands on digital training delivery (digital tools & digital marketing knowledge)
3. Understanding of Adobe Campaign, Adobe Target, or similar.
4. Understanding of Adobe Dynamic Tag Management and Adobe Analytics, or similar.
5. Understanding of Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault, Veeva Email, Salesforce, Analytics platforms, or similar.
