Looking for Project Manager /Scrum Master Location : Singapore Note: Apply only if you are Singapore Citizen or Holding an Permanent Employment Pass in Singapore. Job Responsibilities: • Set up sprint planning session, sprint review and retrospective. • Arranged daily stand-up meetings, facilitate meetings, schedule meetings, demo and decision-making processes in order to ensure quick inspection and proper use of adaptation process. • Work to remove any impediments that are preventing forward movement on projects. • Responsible to Conduct retrospective meetings. • Guide and coach the Scrum Team on how to use Agile principles and the SCRUM framework to bring value to the client • Strong focus on Jira Administration involving custom projects, workflows, fields, dashboards and reports configurations • Discuss backlogs and priorities with product owner. Support the SCRUM Team in maintaining the burn down chart. • Ensures the company security and compliance requirements are met / delivered in a timely manner; • Expert knowledge of project management methodology and its practical application towards completing work. • Proven experience of delivering complex projects on time and on budget. Ability to work under high demands with a sense of urgency, without compromising quality. • Responsible for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily/weekly/monthly basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality review; and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately. • Responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of customers. Coordinates communication with all areas of the enterprise that impacts the scope, budget, risk and resources of the work effort being managed. Know about the value of metrics and incremental delivery. • Knowledge about tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, user stories etc. Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent, preferably in engineering or similar. • Good knowledge of project management methodologies. • 3+yrs of experience in agile project management, preferably SCRUM. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. • Excellent team building skills. Good to Have: • Certifications on Scrum/Project Management/Program Management/Six Sigma. • Knowledge or Experience on Banking Domain. • Knowledge on Credit risk Architecture.
