We are looking for a full stack software engineer to lead all technical aspects of our product development. You will be entrusted with both our back-end and front-end. ■ Tasks - Planning, design, development, and maintenance of main services - Discuss with other engineers the suitability of technical choices and contribute to the technical growth of the organization and each individual - Make architectural choices to guarantee the long term proper functioning of our system - Define specifications: collaborate with PdM and designers, user interviews, etc - Management: contribute to the career growth of each team member, identify bottlenecks and find solutions to ensure smooth operations as a team ■ Technical Skills - 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails - 2+ years of experience with Javascript development using a library such as React, Vue, or Angular - 2+ years of experience as a lead engineer - Strong knowledge of Heroku/Heroku CLI, Git/Github - Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB - Experience with Amazon s3/elastic beanstalk - Experience in an early stage start-up ■ Human skills ＜Required> - Experience leading a development team Experience in leading a development team is required, such as summarizing specifications, breaking down and assigning tasks, etc., as you will be leading another engineer. - User-centered development One of the company's values is "overwhelmingly user-centered”.
