Goals and objectives
- Measure and grow member satisfaction levels by working with community, events, and sales teams to deploy programs and activities
- Communicate and nurture relationships with Spacemob members
- Maintain membership retention rates across various Spacemob properties
Duties and Responsibilities
- Represent Spacemob’s values in providing a foundation for businesses to thrive on
- Be the connecting node between members, to meet any needs that they require
- Build a positive coworking culture, through events and activities
- Ensure membership renewals are undertaken, with the goal of membership retention
- Conduct tours of the space and work with sales to follow up on sales leads
- Engaging members at pace, and accounting for their growth and involvement during their time at Spacemob
- Responsible for onboarding and offboarding of members
- A virtual member of the sales, product and marketing organisations within the company
- Co-ownership of the P&L of the location or space
Experience and Requirements
- Willingness to work in a relational environment and team context are absolutely essential
- College graduate with Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Customer service, sales and/or hospitality experience is a plus
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and empathy
- Passion for entrepreneurial communities
- Passion and understanding for Spacemob mission and values
- Maintains a strong commitment to the purpose and values of Spacemob, and provides a positive atmosphere for members to thrive in
- Maintains a learning posture, a cheerful disposition, good interpersonal communication skills
