We are looking for the kind of developer who takes pride in their output, and is as willing to fix bugs as he/she is to develop cool new features. Actual work experience is NOT necessary - grads are welcome to apply - providing you can demonstrate that you have the right attitude and have put in a bunch of hours on your own projects.
