Started in 2012, SGAG is new media company that connects with Singaporeans on a daily basis through localised digital content. SGAG reaches over 2 million Singaporeans weekly through its 8 content distribution channels. SGAG's mission is to make every Singaporean's day a better one by creating quality content that engages and entertains. The Video Producer Ninja is responsible for the planning and execution of all SGAG videos from planning to execution. This position works closely with internal video teams to ensure that video projects are executed to the highest standards of both SGAG and partners. - Manages and executes all large scale video projects at SGAG - Coordinate with the business accounts team to ensure the smooth delivery and successful execution of video projects. - Manages incoming opportunities during the video pitch process and plans out timelines, budgets, props and logistics - Perform site recce to ensure suitability of locations for shoots - Prepare logistics check lists to ensure props, technical equipment and cast are prepared for all shoots - Casting, audition and source for talents on a project basis - Provide on-site coordination to ensure smooth execution of shoots - Conduct post project evaluation to ensure continuous success of future projects Requirements - Minimum 2 years experience of production experience - Experience on production sets - Advanced knowledge of video pre-production, production and post-production, including workflows and processes, equipment and software programs/tools - History of Innovative, strategic thinking and planning skills - Strong communication skills required - Ability to work under pressure and with internal teams
