Minimum requirements:
Master degree in behavioural science/psychology or minimum two-(2) years of HR, consulting or editorial experience
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with business leaders
Strong analytical and reasoning skills, influencing skills
Proactivity and ability to work independently
Research skills and interest in behavioural psychology/social sciences
Content development/editorial skills
Native Japanese, business level English
Responsibilities:
Contribute to content development strategy
Liaise directly with clients to conduct interviews and feedback research research as well as develop content
Conduct research in human resource trends, as well as behavioural and organizational science
Create, curate and update content both in Japanese and English
Create metrics and related statistical reports
Analyze trends to identify opportunities for new products/services
Manage content translation into other languages
