Description Job Title: Sales Representative Company: Eight Peace Pte Ltd Job Type: Full-time At Eight Peace, we're passionate about providing comfortable and unique accommodation for expats and students from around the world. Our properties are in high demand and mostly located near the city. We're looking for a Sales Representative to join our team and help us continue to grow and succeed. Responsibilities: Coordinate with potential customers and provide them with information on our apartments Attend to inquiries through social media, WA, SMS, and other online communication channels Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business Provide excellent customer service and handle any issues or complaints Use Microsoft Word and Excel to prepare reports and maintain records Requirements: Good command of Chinese and English (other languages are a plus) Excellent online communication skills Sales experience preferred PR & Citizen preferred Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel (e.g. ability to create and format documents, use basic formulas in Excel) Passionate about helping others find suitable accommodation Basic Salary: 1.8-2.2k (depending on experience and qualification) + Incentives up to 2.5k per month We will provide training to successful candidates who do not have any experience.
