What you will do:  You will run a portfolio of mid-market advertisers, both agency and direct, focusing on targeted revenue growth and upselling You will implement and optimize campaign performance using internal tools and data analysis You will build significant client relationships and develop successful advertising campaigns for clients  You will help clients build and execute effective campaigns and measure results You will resolve campaign issues and implement process improvements You adapt to ongoing product developments and communicate these changes to client You will be mentoring and recruit new team members as our organization grows    Who you are: Amazing communication and interpersonal skills Solid 2+ years of experience in online advertising, IT, or technology platforms University Bachelor's degree or equivalent Proven track record in leading a successful book of business retaining and growing revenue with a consultative approach Deep knowledge of the display marketing ecosystem required with a passion and interest in RTB, Programmatic Buying, performance marketing and direct response measurement.
