東京大学大学院医学系研究科を卒業後、2011年株式会社ディー・エヌ・エーへ新卒入社。事業開発や新卒採用、アプリマーケティングを担当した後、2015年同社を退職。2016年株式会社ネクストビートへ執行役員として入社。趣味は海外旅行、特技は途上国での生活。

Yoshinobu Kinugasa

執行役員 CTO 新卒でヤフーに入社、その後上場前に参画し約8年間在籍したグリーでは釣りスタ・探検ドリランドの立ち上げ・開発等に携わる。 2015年にネクストビートにCTOとして参画。開発責任者と同時に新規事業のプロジェクトオーナーも務める。

慶應義塾大学4年 商学部卒 株式会社ネクストビート 新卒採用担当(2017年卒) 大学3年:NPO法人ETIC.で1年間インターン。地域の中小企業を支援するプロジェクトの事務局・広報・イベント運営などを経験。 大学4年前半:Wantedlyでインターン。セールスやマーケティングなど幅広い業務に携わりました。

The number of members of our company has reached 136 and we have 7 offices. The core competence of Nextbeat is "Power of development of business project". Nextbeat moved into the black from the very first month when we established our company and has never asked for the financial arrangements from the outside of the company. This has been achieved by our power of development of business project. We are aiming to be more successful in the childcare field, and "Power of development of business project" will be the key point to achieve the concept of KIDSNA platform. - ASP business project IT has not been spread in the childcare field, and the productivity of the staffs at nursery schools is easily decreased. Nextbeat aims to improve the productivity of nursery schools by making more time for childminders to care about children with the implementation of ASP. - CtoC service The number of childminders with childminder's licenses who do not work as childminders is increasing, but there is a lack of childminders in the childcare field. This means there are childminders who are not satisfied with the salary and the working hours. We are planning to provide the service that helps those childminders. - Media project We provide the media which helps to collect the parental care information for the parents who are busy at work inside / outside home. The articles are updated every day, which cover the information such as good places to visit on weekends, enrichment lessons for children and tips for raising them. http://www.nextbeat.co.jp/business

Our company proceeds the financial arrangements and creates the services by ourselves. The engineers at Nextbeat are not only developers but also staffs doing other works such as planning, direction and analysis. Nextbeat can create the services that we design at a high speed. Also, we have off-shore hub in Vietnam that helps us to develop our business. In addition, the organizational structure that allows us to collecct user's feedback by the tight communication with sales people. (from the interview of CTO Kinugasa)

Nextbeat is on a second stage of its growth and aims to provide the environment where IT service connects nursery schools, childminders and parents with 1 ID! The engineers who will develop a product from some of our products. Depending on products, you can proceed various kinds of tasks such as infrastructure, server tasks, client tasks (iOS, Android).
