Saleswhale is seeking a Backend Software Engineer - who can work in a fast-paced and challenging environment. You will work on a small team and solve tough, real problems for customers from all around the world - your work will have a high impact. Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: • Work closely with our product and design team to provide a delightful user experience • Improve application performance, both backend and front end Requirements: • B.S., M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field • Proficiency in Ruby / Rails (but we know that any smart, experienced coder is going to be able to pick up Ruby on Rails quickly) • Familiarity with Nginx, PostgreSQL, Redis, AWS, RabbitMQ and/or Unicorn • Working experience with Docker and API driven development • Experience with building complex, scalable systems is a big plus Click "Want to Visit" to apply!
