Home-Fix was established in 1993 by two brothers, Low Cheong Kee (CK) and Low Cheong Yew (CY). From its humble beginnings as a family-owned hardware shop at Siglap Centre, Home-Fix has grown into a chain of 16 stores. How we do

With a view to constantly placing customers’ needs first, Home-Fix has sought out strategic locations in premium, well-patronised shopping locations all around the island. To ensure efficient service and a pleasant shopping experience, technology has been integrated into the business to enhance its operations, merchandise selection and store planning. Acknowledging the fact that DIY and home improvement projects are no longer the sole domain of the trained carpenter or handyman, Home-Fix set out to understand the new generation of discerning consumers who not only want good, reliable products but also sound advice and guidance in improving their homes.

As a new team member

E-Commerce Executive/Senior Executive/Assistant Manager With plans to reinvent and ramp up our online presence significantly in the coming months, Home-Fix is looking to expand our e-commerce team. Between our own webstore and the marketplaces we list on, Home-Fix sells several thousand home improvement tools and products online. The incumbent will be an important face and voice behind these online touchpoints to help create visibility and demand, drive sales and conversion, and facilitate last-mile delivery for the brand. Job Responsibilities • To formulate digital strategies to achieve business objectives • To drive and identify E-Commerce Key Account plan and revenue growth opportunities • To conduct data, competitor and supplier analysis to stay competitive on E-Commerce platforms • To regularly research best practices, market trends and build up the organization’s digital marketing, E-Commerce and UX competencies • To build and manage relationships with marketplace account managers • To build and maintain the organization’s E-Commerce offering across platforms (content creation/management, listing, customer service, order processing and fulfilment) • To employ available ERP, CRM and digital marketing tools to drive sales conversion • To lead operation meetings and business reviews to drive E-Commerce initiatives • To project manage webstore enhancement projects • To perform any other related work as required Job Requirements • Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business or Retail Management • 1-4 years of relevant working experience • Prior working experience with content management systems (CMS) and online marketplaces (eg.
