The incumbent will be an integral part of the Marketing Department to conceptualize and execute concepts in line with the brand image of Home-Fix. He will be involved in Customer Relationship
Management (CRM) to drive quality customer relationships and service experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Use data to inform and formulate strategy
- Integrated marketing strategy and delivery for roadshows and island-wide promotions
- Events management
- Formulate and strategize instore visual merchandising including store signage, decoration, shelf labels and price cards
- A&P liaisons and collaborations with malls, partners and suppliers
- Manage CRM infrastructure, and plan and execute member-led campaigns
- Plan and coordinate content creation and delivery for digital and social channels
- Evaluate effectiveness of marketing campaigns, programmes and activities to ensure that they are within budget and meet business goals and objectives
- Regularly research best practices and develop the organisations digital maturity
- Undertake other marketing projects as necessary
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Retail Management or Mass Communication preferred
- 1-4 years of relevant working experience
- Creative with an eye for visual design
- Good organizational, planning and analytical skills
- Resourceful and able to withstand pressure and tight deadlines
- Strong initiative, motivated and able to work with minimum supervision
- Good interpersonal and networking skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
