Home-Fix was established in 1993 by two brothers, Low Cheong Kee (CK) and Low Cheong Yew (CY). From its humble beginnings as a family-owned hardware shop at Siglap Centre, Home-Fix has grown into a chain of 16 stores. Through pure hard work and a steadfast commitment to a shared vision, the Low brothers have been instrumental in shaping the local DIY and home improvements retail scene.

Home-Fix aims to move beyond being a mere retailer of DIY products, and towards becoming a fully-fledged lifestyle brand synonymous with a home-centric, home-loving and house-proud lifestyle.

How we do

With a view to constantly placing customers’ needs first, Home-Fix has sought out strategic locations in premium, well-patronised shopping locations all around the island. To ensure efficient service and a pleasant shopping experience, technology has been integrated into the business to enhance its operations, merchandise selection and store planning. Acknowledging the fact that DIY and home improvement projects are no longer the sole domain of the trained carpenter or handyman, Home-Fix set out to understand the new generation of discerning consumers who not only want good, reliable products but also sound advice and guidance in improving their homes.

As a new team member

The incumbent will be an integral part of the Marketing Department to conceptualize and execute concepts in line with the brand image of Home-Fix. He will be involved in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to drive quality customer relationships and service experience. Job Responsibilities: - Use data to inform and formulate strategy - Integrated marketing strategy and delivery for roadshows and island-wide promotions - Events management - Formulate and strategize instore visual merchandising including store signage, decoration, shelf labels and price cards - A&P liaisons and collaborations with malls, partners and suppliers - Manage CRM infrastructure, and plan and execute member-led campaigns - Plan and coordinate content creation and delivery for digital and social channels - Evaluate effectiveness of marketing campaigns, programmes and activities to ensure that they are within budget and meet business goals and objectives - Regularly research best practices and develop the organisations digital maturity - Undertake other marketing projects as necessary Job Requirements: - Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Retail Management or Mass Communication preferred - 1-4 years of relevant working experience - Creative with an eye for visual design - Good organizational, planning and analytical skills - Resourceful and able to withstand pressure and tight deadlines - Strong initiative, motivated and able to work with minimum supervision - Good interpersonal and networking skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders - Effective written and verbal communication skills Click "Want To Visit" to apply.
