This means individuals and businesses can now pay things like rent, invoices, tuition, tax, and employee salaries on their credit card which opens up a whole new world of benefits including the ability to earn massive amounts of credit card points and optimise working capital.

As a new team member

iPaymy is experiencing incredible growth and have big plans for 2018 and beyond. If you are ready to join a hungry team of entrepreneurs and think you have what it takes to play a key role in our team, then we would love to hear from you. iPaymy is looking for hungry sales professionals to help grow our SME Segment. What you’ll do: 1. Sell the iPaymy platform to SMEs in Singapore and beyond including ASEAN markets (coming soon). 2. Work closely with the Customer success team to ensure our SMEs are set up for success. 3. Manage the accounts for continual engagement and upsell opportunity. 4. Become an iPaymy expert, convey product recommendations quickly to suit potential client needs. Asking the right questions and objection handling will be critical to your success. 5. Work closely with the Leadership team to plan and execute strategic initiatives and sales campaigns. 6. Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals. 7. Provide product feedback and new recommendations based on conversation and requests from SMEs. 8. Bring a “hunter” mentality to the team, and come in everyday with a positive mental attitude, ready to crush it! What we’re looking for: 1. You’re eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced exciting start up environment. 2. You’re easily coachable and welcome feedback for continuous self-improvement. 3. You’re an excellent listener, assertive, persistent and persuasive. 4. You are adaptable and can think on your feet. Failure or rejection isn’t an option for you. Must-haves: 1. Experience in selling products (preferably financial, insurance, property or similar) to individuals, SMEs or corporates. 2. 0-2 years of direct sales experience. 3. Excellent communication skills with an affable personality. 4. Willingness to move quickly and adjust within a start-up culture. 5. Self-starter and self-motivator. You should be able operate at 100% capacity without direct instruction after training. 6. Proficient in Excel and a strong numerical attitude. 7. Stellar time-management skills with the ability to recognize and focus on high priority tasks. 8. Strong ability to manage sales pipeline, from lead generation to successful closure and be accountable for the pace of pipeline progress. 9. Ability to coherently present pipeline status and forecast revenue. Nice-to-have: 1. Prior payments experience having gained from working in a financial institution or payment network 2. Understanding of the various grants and financial assistance schemes available for SMEs in Singapore 3.
