The Conference Sales Executive initiates and spearhead expansion plans for the Hospitality Services Division.
He / She will develop strategic business development initiatives, network and identify business collaboration opportunities.
He / She will have to design and customize conference & meeting solutions to suit the needs of clientele, as well as conducts market research on a periodic basis for the purpose of benchmarking and price comparison.
He / She will perform checks to ensure prompt updating and maintenance of the Facility Booking Management System
prepares sales quotation, confirmation letters and invoices in an accurate and timely manner.
He / She collaborate across teams including but not limited to Banquet, F&B and Front Desk so as to deliver a holistic and seamless experience to all customers
