As a new team member

JOB DESCRIPTION V-Key is searching for individuals passionate about cyber security, and mobile application security in particular, to join our team as Regional Pre-Sales Manager. Reporting to the Head of Pre-Sales, the Regional Pre-Sales Manager combine technical knowledge with sales skills to provide advice and support on issues about/surrounding our products, and are the key technical point of contact for clients, answering queries, providing technical advice and introducing new products. The Regional Pre-Sales Manager supports deal flow by securing the “technical close” in complex solutions by collaborating with internal resources from sales, service, engineering, operations, and support to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that accurately address customer needs. RESPONSIBILITIES • Keep up-to-date with company’s product suite, industry development on mobile vulnerabilities, protection, and exploitation, and competitive products • Supportsales manager in providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and coordinating with after-sales support services; • Prepare and conduct technical webinar and sales demo, technical presentations and demonstrate how our product meets client needs, • Scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers’ met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm. • Technical point of contact between customers, and internal resources such as product engineering, professional services, operations, and technical support • Direct responsibility for supporting technical proof-of-concept, and guiding them in the product implementation • Support Sales Manager in answering product and technical questions, preparation of tenders, proposals and quotations • Helping in the design of custom-made products • Attend and support trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings • Provide training and support material for other members of the sales team. DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics or equivalent • At least 3 years of relevant experience gained in any commercial/sales area involving contact with customers. • Advanced knowledge of Mobile Security and/or relevant iOS/Android platforms • Server side architecture and basic knowledge of application servers and related databases is helpful • Background in mobile operating system. It’s a plus if candidate has hands on iOS mobile development and below: Ø Requiring knowledge of Objective C Ø Native debug & security background a strong plus Ø Knowledge of Cryptography/PKI is a plus • Good interpersonal and communications skills • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with attention to details • Innovative, self-motivated, and independent, with good teamworking skills • May require overseas travel Click "Want To Visit" to apply.
