Popsical is one of the world's smartest and smallest Karaoke system that streams tracks right to any TV or sound system. 1. Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about current products meticulously. 2. Good persuading skills to resolve feedbacks. 3. Good communication and able to foresee customer's requests swiftly. 4. Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. 5. Able to command good judgement when situation arises 6. Patience and good listening skills is a must. 7. Able to perform duties other than attending to inbound calls, such as e-mails, Facebook and Instagram comments and messages proactively. 8. Able to work on shift or as and when is required on ad-hoc duties such as events. 9. Working till late at night in office and remotely is a must. 10. Working closely with Team Lead/Manager as well as internal stakeholders on new updates. 11.
