Responsibilities - Sample and inventory procurement and management - liaising with logistic providers to ensure smooth delivery of designer pieces from fashion brands. - Collect and input designer clothing details that will directly reflect on our mobile application - Rethink about how data is presented to customers and continuously improve on the level of details presented - Liaise with photographer to ensure that all items are captured in the correct manner - Analyze operational efficiency metrics to identify bottlenecks, refine processes and ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience and to facilitate workflow - Lead efforts in improvement and development of new and scalable processes to efficiently grow the business - Work across multiple different teams to ensure smooth operations and do whatever's needed to get things DONE! Requirements - Diploma with strong academic records from top institutions Strong analytical skills and data-driven; comfortable analyzing and making decision based on numbers - Proficient in using Microsoft Excel. Basic Microsoft office skills are required - Have a positive attitude, and willingness to roll up their sleeves and get involved, and be extremely organized and detail oriented - Team-working skills. Have ability to work cross-functionally and interact with internal and external partners - Detailed Oriented and comfortable with data entry and analysis - Must be a scrappy self-starter who knows how to prioritize and take ownership without a lot of structure or guidance - Fast learner and be comfortable working in a fast-changing startup environment
