Responsibilities
We are seeking a performance-driven Country Lead for the Offline Matchmaking unit of Paktor. This position will kickstart a brand new business unit in Malaysia as part of the expansion plan for our offline businesses.
• Work with management to develop strategy for a new business line
• Develop all aspects of new business line including branding, operations, finance to execution plan
• Build the offline team to achieve the KPIs
• Establish partnerships and liaise with partners for marketing and events
• Collaborate with existing business development associates and managers to leverage synergies between business lines
Requirements
You are someone based in Malaysia who is meticulous and efficient. You are also someone who constantly strives to achieve your goals and highly proactive in getting tasks done.
• At least 1-3 years in business development including strategy, operations, finance, and marketing
• Outstanding written and oral English communication skills
• A proven track record of project management
• Competent with Google and Microsoft office tools
• Highly analytical with the ability to read data and make recommendations for future enhancements to our business processes
• High level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to prioritize demands, meet deadlines and manage time efficiently
• Available to start work immediately a plus
