JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
- Identifies business opportunities by prospecting and lead generating
- Telesales and cold calls to corporate clients locally and overseas
- Secure sales appointment for the product introduction
- Maintains relationships with existing clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending product offer and service improvements
- Provide after-sales support including customer warranty and servicing
- Sales admin including CRM update, sales coordination and generating demo/sales delivery order and invoice from software system
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors
- Other assigned office duties when necessary
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year's in Sales (Junior to Mid-level Role depending on related experience)
- Proven experience in selling product/service
- Can work independently with minimum supervision
- Good demeanour and outgoing personality
- Team player with positive attitude
- Good communication and written skills in English
- IT Savvy (Able to use Word, Excel and Powerpoint, and their Google At Work equivalents)
- Achieve Company Sales target as a team effort
