As a new team member

Position Summary: The role of the Campaign Manager is to undertake implementation, delivery and reporting of all campaigns through the VAMP digital platform from a Talent perspective. Assisting internal stakeholders, working with external suppliers and delivering an impeccable customer experience are key priorities of the role. Key Accountabilities: • Develop an in-depth understand of each briefs requirements and monitor campaigns to ensure deliverables are met. • Work with campaign timelines, ensuring everything is managed to agreed deliverables. • Daily management of campaign Talent relationships including (but not limited to) timelines, content checking and communication, ensuring a good experience for our Talent and the best outcome for our clients. • Process payments relating to Talent’s completed jobs in an accurate and timely manner. Implementation and ongoing management of all campaigns through: • Stock control, coding and freight management • Tracking product to delivery destination • Assigning and tracking results on social media • Monitoring and building reports throughout campaign periods Talent Management • Utilise the VAMP platform to effectively manage all campaigns in your remit. • Answer Talent queries and trouble shooting requests. • Work to a high standard to deliver successful campaigns that will help Vamp achieve retention and growth targets of existing accounts. • Understand the customer’s objectives and decision making processes. • Maintain Talent information and data within the CRM. • Participate in post campaign reporting presentations. Campaign Reporting Daily reporting will need to be undertaken throughout the entire campaign period. This will include: • Checking content against brief requirements. • Recording Talent post engagement. • Client account engagement. • Archiving talents content and key associated comments. • Build presentations based on campaign results and key reporting metrics. • Draw conclusions from the campaign results to present learnings and opportunities to the client. • Assist Account Manager in delivering face to face campaign activity presentations. Skill/Attributes Required At least 2 years relevant working experience is required for this role. Experience in customer service and/or social media is preferred. • High level of verbal and written communication skills. • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to think clearly and react well under pressure. • Strong organisational and project management skills. • Ability to juggle managing multiple campaigns and prioritise workload. • Ability to work hard and smart, and know how to have fun whilst you’re at it. • Respond to campaign briefs with a creative and strategic mindset. • Ability to work with and motivate others in a team. • A passion for communications, including advertising, social media and marketing. • Act with integrity and good judgement. • A solutions based approach to all situations.
