Job Responsibilities -Take point on key projects, ensuring clarity in strategy, planning and execution, roles and responsibilities, objectives and KPIs -Support the development of strategic marketing plans and to aggressively meet business goals towards achieving the mission -Support execution and amplification across advertising, content, social, marketing campaigns, and operation -Monthly, quarterly and annual planning and reporting -Develop partnerships with other companies Job Requirements -Passion for all things Tabiko. -3+ years of work experience in management for consumer product -Intensive travel market and consumer product knowledge -Strong budget and project management skills, attention to detail and communication skills -Ability to work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities and balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives -Ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels – a hands on team player -Familiar with product growth and implement solutions for the same -Self-educational / passionate learner / doesn't hesitate to share opinion -Not hesitant to get hands dirty and do whatever is necessary to ensure success -Can work with small and diverse teams -Fluent English
