Tabiko, produced by Fast Japan, is a platform that connects knowledgeable travel concierges who want to deliver hospitality with travelers who need concierge services. We are growing quickly and are looking for the Lead UI/UX designer with great experience. It's a great chance for you to be a part of our multicultural founding team. Job Responsibilities -You will be actively engaged in the designing our product, Tabiko and internal concierge system. -Partner with the product and the operation teams to define problems & goals, map user flows, prototype interactions, and oversee the building process -Come up with new features and functions for the product and build them -Measure and iterate on the impact of product features/enhancements Job Requirements -Great UI/UX skills -Solid knowledge of the creative process, including typical time and resources needed to produce work on time, at high quality, and to specification -Expert understanding of the formal elements of design, including typography, layout, balance, and proportion -Can work with small and diverse teams -Self-educational / passionate learner / doesn't hesitate to share opinion -Fluent English Preferred but not necessary points -Have a demonstrable portfolio of cool work, especially product related -Frontend capabilities for application interface (HTML/CSS3) -Experience with JavaScript libraries React, AngularJS
