As a new team member

Leads the Studio’s HR team in helping to build highly motivated, skilled and successful teams aligned with the business strategy, preserves and develops our unique studio culture and implements the most cutting-edge HR practices. Responsibilities - Develops organization strategies and pilots organizational development for the studio - Develops and implements HR strategies in staffing, recruitment, compensation and benefits, training and development, performance management, succession planning, employee relations and retention, and labour relations - Manages all HR operations in line with the established local & international business strategies - Provides leadership for a team of HR specialists to provide practical solutions to operational needs and meet team goals; defines success measures, action plans, and manages professional development - Pilots all HR policies and processes for the studio; ensures all policies and procedures are in line with the studio strategy, up to date and legally compliant - Provides both strategic and tactical advice to studio management and to line managers on all human resource issues Requirements - Previous experience in the HR field: recruitment, talent development, compensation & benefits, organizational development (>5 years) - Ability to operate with high level of autonomy in alignment with the studio values and strategic objectives - Excellent communication skills - Collaborative & empowering leadership style - Strong problem solving skills - Capacity to effectively handle conflicts - Ability to understand complex strategic information, to translate it into HR field, and to communicate about it in an articulate manner with parties from various backgrounds and levels of seniority - Adaptable and flexible person who understands the dynamic of fast paced environments - Experience in managing a team would be considered a strong advantage - Experience in technological/IT field would be considered an advantage
