We want our next Marketing Lead, who will hold the ultimate responsibility for MHV's marketing activities and oversees the development and delivery of a fully integrated marketing strategy for the business. You will lead development and implementation of the Brand strategy and be responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of the Marketing Strategy (a comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations program that will enhance the MHV's image and position within the ecosystem). A typical day will include working closely with senior management/leadership team (Partners, Principals, and Operating advisors) to provide inputs towards the development of MHV's strategic direction in the market and guiding the day to day activities of the marketing team to ensure that marketing objectives are implemented by the marketing team. Finally, you will assist with implementation of the Marketing strategy (including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR locally), manage social media presence/develop digital strategy to improve social media reputation and recognition, and manage and mentor junior team members.
