Responsibilities: - Manage incoming inquiries via email / calls / social media channel - Verify customers who are eligible for promotion and liaise with banks to check on exception cases - Resolve product problems by clarifying customer’s need, identifying the cause and providing a solution - Engage customer with going extra miles and win their satisfaction - Prepare customer service report by collecting and analyzing customer information - Maintain the service procedures, guideline and policies - Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results when required Requirements: - Proven customer support experience (preferred) - Good written and oral communication skills - An active listener - Customer oriented and ability to respond to different types of customers - Manage time effectively - Excel skills required Click "Want To Visit" to apply.
