The Marketing Lead holds ultimate responsibility for MHV's marketing activities and oversees the development and delivery of a fully integrated marketing strategy for the business. Duties of the Marketing Lead: •Development and implementation of the Brand strategy. •Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of the Marketing Strategy - a comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations program that will enhance the MHV's image and position within the ecosystem. •Work closely with senior management/leadership team (Partners, Principals, and Operating advisors) to provide inputs towards the development of MHV's strategic direction in the market. •Guide the day to day activities of the marketing team and ensure that marketing objectives are implemented by the marketing team. •Assist with implementation of the Marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR locally. •Manage social media presence and develop digital strategy to improve social media reputation and recognition. •Manage and mentor junior team members.
