This is a work-from-home role, and while we will arrange for fixed working/contact hours, this job allows for a degree of flexibility around your existing commitments/timing. We don't require any prior experience in marketing, operations, but you will need to be able to monitor, chase and follow up with people online (you will be managing a team via skype/email), and more importantly, be willing to learn! Also, knowing how to online shop will be a big bonus!
We think this job is a great fit for work-from-home Moms and Dads, or people who needs flexi-home based work arrangements.

Cardable is a coupon/card promotions website currently operating in 5 countries in Asia. We gather promo codes and deals from various sources and help our readers save when they shop at their favourite online shops (Eg: Lazada, Zalora, Expedia etc)
Role:
As we look to expand into more countries, we need a dedicated manager who can look after and grow our data entry operations team! Training will be provided.
- Hire and expand existing coupon ops team
Ensure we have sufficient personnel to provide data entry coverage across all our markets
Place job ads on online job platforms, interview candidates and make recommendations on who to hire

Conduct training on coupon research and entry
Hold Skype meetings to train team
- Monitor
Ensure the quality, number and coverage of coupons being entered into our system
Check for mistakes and carry out corrections
