The Partner Account Manager is primarily responsible for owning and maintaining positive partner and client relationships. The Partner Account Manager will focus on program growth and strategic thought leadership in addition to overseeing day-to-day processes, relationships and issue management for our clients. Candidates for this position must have business-level proficiency / fluency in reading, writing and speaking English. -Act as Consultant to our agency partners to ensure they achieve significant value from the Movable Ink platform -Be the “go-to” product expert for the Japan/APAC sales team in a pre-sales support capacity -Conceive, develop, and execute client-specific email marketing strategies by utilizing HTML and CSS -Translate customer business objectives into effective use of the Movable Ink platform -Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects in a fast-moving environment -Ensure that our agency partners are delighted with our services -Assist customers in transferring knowledge to ensure successful use of the solution -Provide ongoing enablement and product communication to scale knowledge sharing Basic Qualifications Needed: -Business level fluency in Japanese and English, both written and verbal -Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience -Demonstrable knowledge of JavaScript/JQuery, HTML, and CSS -Experience in digital agencies, account management, or email marketing at a leading email service provider -1+ years' experience building relationships at a senior management level -Proven experience developing email marketing plans with quantifiable impact -Experience delivering presentations and demonstrations to senior level business and technical audiences -Proven knowledge of key email metrics and strategies that can increase engagement -Comfortable with a work from home/remote office environment
