For this role, you will be expected to:
- Manage the sales process for Virtual Office and Hotdesking membership; from lead/enquiry generation to closing deals
- Acquire new sales and achieve sales target
- Service key and existing accounts
- Tour customers to show the range of options available to suit their needs and closing the sale where possible
- Deal with escalated customer requests/issues
- Recommend improvements that will positively impact sales and efficiency
- Work efficiently and effectively on all Key Performance Indicators in line with company procedures and guidelines
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years' of experience in Sales or Leasing
- Experience in serviced office, service apartments or developers or sales related industry is an advantage
- Sales driven with excellent track record
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Hospitality or related discipline
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
