Key responsibilities for this role: Real Estate within APAC - Responsible for expanding the portfolio of properties for JustGroup within the Real Estate space - Develop appropriate business strategies to identify target markets - For each new investment, the incumbent will be responsible for financial modeling, feasibility studies, business proposal, due diligence, negotiation and investment approval - Be the brand custodian and key liaison for new markets - Regular review of investment portfolio within JustGroup - Extensive network of agents, brokers, and contacts with developers Investment - Investment reporting to management and key stakeholders - Support fundraising work – coming up with content for fundraising documents - Industry research – monitor market trends, research market, and competitors analysis to identify potential investment opportunities Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years’ of investment/business development experience - Highly numerate with sophisticated financial analysis skill set - Strong capabilities in financial modeling - Strong understanding of real estate and development industry - Able to travel The ideal candidate: - Do-er - Be ready to get hands-on with all aspects of the daily needs - Credibility is earned at JustGroup through execution and getting things done - Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills - You thrive in a fast-paced environment - You are able to get into details and deliver results under highest expectations on time and quality - Pro-active, process-driven, with good problem solving and analytical skills - Able to manage diverse groups of stakeholders - Excellent communication skills, including the ability to influence and communicate to all levels of stakeholders - Excellent interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills Click "Want To Visit" to apply.
