The successful, enterprising candidate will join our pioneering team to drive the development of Atlantiss new products and services. The role is expected to evolve/transform as the business grow and will take on a hands-on approach based on our three core pillars of business:
Administration
- Perform data entry, documentation/filing and coordinating administrative matters
- Assist in collating Weekly / Fortnightly / Monthly reporting to the Management
- Prepare quotations, issue invoices and follow up on purchases/orders from delivery to after-sales
- Assist on meetings and project schedulings
Procurement
- Set up and maintain a meaningful base of new and on-going partners, suppliers and vendors
- Work with different team members on sourcing, contracting, purchasing, supplier management, and internal procurement support activities
- Ensure procurement policy, documentation and process are in good order
Sales and Marketing
- Assist on minor sales and marketing activities e.g. social media and social selling
- Perform telemarketing and customer service support
- Conduct basic market research on industry and market trends
Requirements
- Fresh Graduate (Degree/Diploma) and Entry-Level are welcome to apply
- 1 to 3 years of Project Coordination experience
- Good communication skills, multi-tasking and work independently without supervision
- Highly Motivated, Pro-Active and Strong Willingness to Learn
- Conversant in English, Chinese and Bahasa Melayu/Indonesian
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
