Responsibilities Financial: - Keep track and process account invoices/payments - Assist in the reporting of close of month P&L - Inventory stock counting - Simple HR administration, reporting, compliance and payroll function - Application of licenses and work passes as required by the company - Processing and tracking staff’s annual leave - Ordering office suppliers - Any other duties that may be deemed appropriate to this role - Weekly bank reconciliations - Assist with setting up payments for suppliers - Working with government scheme consultant to identify and execute related company assistant scheme Requirements - Has fluent command of English/Mandarin . - Basic understanding of accounting processes and procedures – formal qualification preferable - Proficient in MS Word/Powerpoint/Excel. - Having past experiences in this field is a Plus. - Meticulous and hardworking. - Cheerful individual who always displays good working attitude.
