Job Responsibilities:
- Acquisition of new customers
- Maintain and nurturing relationship with existing client
- Co-ordinating, planning and organising corporate events e.g. trade fairs, conferences, seminars and customers launches.
- Working on customer relationship and extension to further venues within the same customer (increase average consumption)
- Optimize customer profitability
- Implement and ensure compliance with corporate and regional channel sales guidelines and policies
- Perform weekly and monthly reporting of sales and business KPI
- Understand end-consumer and customer needs. Turn understanding into actions that allow growth and
expansion
- Establish and leverage strong and positive relationships with the Corporate Client via media, associations and opinion leaders
- Leverage current market knowledge & network to accelerate Company’s presence in high end Corporate Client Channel
- Optimize Brand Equity and visibility through brand exposure machine placements and product trials in the predefined target group
- Understand competitors and trends and take measures proactively
- Liaise with and integrate Corporate Client Channel activities and requirement with Marketing Department
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelors' Degree in Communications / Marketing / or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 – 4 years’ experience in business development or outdoor / door to door sales experience preferably in Medical industry, Banking or Insurance or any relevant experience
- Have good connection with departmental stores like Unity, Watson, Guardian, OG, Metro, etc is preferred
- Well equipped with good Personal Relations, Communication Skills and Networking Skills
- Proactive and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good team player with results driven attitude
- Self-driven, positive mindset with initiative
- Enjoy interaction with all levels
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
