As a new team member

Job Responsibilities: - Coach new & existing employees on sales skills. product knowledge, hands on skills and ensure all staff performance and standard are consistent across all outlets - Impart hands-on and theory knowledge of the Company’s beauty products and treatments - Ensure knowledge learnt during training sessions are applied effectively, accurately and consistently o Perform role-playing with staff to ensure high quality service standards - Implement appropriate training measure to achieve Retail performance and service excellence o To coach and support staff training on selling method and customer service o To guide and support staff to achieve monthly target o Provide the most appropriate recommendations to sales team to aid them in suggesting the best and most effective treatment/product to customers - Control Brand Image including grooming, display, cleanliness, etc - Work with Human Resource Department and outlet Managers in implementing aligned training programs and developing localized training modules and materials - To ensure training materials are well organised and kept up-to- date - Manage yearly training plans and monthly training calendar - Responsible to educate staff on any new launches / limited edition treatment, products and service - Initiative to develop training programmes for all outlets - Source out, identify and propose suitable external education programmes - Executive appropriate service accreditation and employee rewards programme to drive service standards - Consistently follow up and analyse on training results and feedback - Prepare and present monthly report to Management Job Requirements: - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Skin Treatment/ Diploma in Beauty Therapy & Cosmetology or related discipline - Must be ACTA certified - Minimum 2 – 4 years relevant experience preferably in beauty industry - Able to converse in both English and Mandarin (to liaise and train Mandarin speaking beauticians - Knowledge of key factors to enhance sales - Good communication skills - Able to start work immediately or within short notice Click "Want To Visit" to apply.
