Responsibilities: - Support Business Development Team and coordinate with other support team locally or globally to ensure smooth operations - Maintain consistent communication and attend to customer complaints - Provide training to clients when necessary - Develop standard process flow to ease and ensure smooth operations - Preparation of sales and P&L reports - Actively participate in various internal and external clients’ related projects which may arise from time to time Requirements: - Candidates must possess minimum a Diploma in Business Studies/ Business Administration - 1 – 3 years of professional experience – preferably with relevant experience in sales and IT - Excellent interpersonal skills and work well in team - A quick learner and shows initiative - Meticulous, with an eye for details - Well versed in Microsoft Excel and possess good analytical skills - Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines - Fluency in English.
